Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agent workflows and LLM-powered systems for business use cases.

- Improve agent quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost through testing and iteration.
- Build prompt structures and orchestration logic for AI agents.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to create practical AI solutions.
- Contribute to backend services and internal platforms for end-to-end delivery.
- Define reusable engineering patterns and evaluation approaches for production AI agents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of software engineering or AI engineering experience.
- Strong programming fundamentals in Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Good software engineering judgment, including APIs and system design.
- Strong curiosity about LLMs and production AI systems.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in ambiguous environments.
- Good communication skills to connect technical work to business value.
