Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platform infrastructure for data ingestion, processing, and distribution.
- Develop and maintain Golang backend services integrated with AI Agent systems and workflows.
- Build monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities for data quality, pipeline stability, and AI system health.
- Collaborate with AI, product, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to align infrastructure with platform requirements.
- Support and maintain existing services, including B9, during and beyond team personnel transitions.
Requirements
- Require 3–6 years of backend development experience with Golang as the core technology and recent hands-on production experience.
- Require experience building data pipelines, data platforms, or large-scale data-processing backend systems.
- Require experience with AI monitoring, observability tools, or Agent engineering, including integrating AI/LLM workflows into production backend systems.
- Require a foundation in distributed systems, microservice architecture, relational and NoSQL databases, and message queues such as Kafka.
- Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks, LLM integration, or related AI toolchain development is a plus.
- Require strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- Require a bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
