Base Salary
$141k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, or Jenkins.
- Monitor system performance, application health, and infrastructure metrics and optimize availability and performance.
- Support incident response, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and post-incident reviews.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams on scalable, reliable, and cloud-native architectures.
- Implement cloud security controls and support regulatory compliance.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual operational work and improve cloud operations efficiency.
- Evaluate cloud platform updates and emerging technologies for potential adoption.
- Provide support and guidance to junior members of the SRE/DevOps team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least two years of experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role with hands-on Azure production experience.
- Exposure to AWS and/or GCP is preferred.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Go for automation and infrastructure management.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, containerization technologies, and microservices architecture in cloud environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, AWS, or GCP certifications are a plus.
