Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain test automation strategies for web applications.
- Develop tools and frameworks for developer infrastructure and CI/CD processes.
- Lead the implementation of next-generation solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot defects effectively.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Drive best practices for coding, testing, and deployment across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 8 years of software development experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years.
- 6 years of experience as a developer in test on large-scale distributed systems.
- 4 years of experience with CI/CD implementation and building tools, including Gitlab.
- 4 years of experience with Python programming.
- 3 years of experience in deployment automation.
- 2 years of experience with cloud tools (AWS or GCP) and cloud architectures.
- 2 years of experience as a tech lead, reviewing code and providing feedback.
- 2 years of experience designing scalable Test Automation frameworks in Java.
