Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of software engineering, including inception, coding, testing, delivery, and operation.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable code following best practices and clean code principles.
- Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members across various infrastructure layers.
- Interact with users to understand and characterize their needs and advise them when necessary.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience building and running complex containerized web applications in the cloud.
- At least 5 years of programming experience in a high-level language such as Java, Kotlin, Scala, or JavaScript.
- Professional experience with React is required.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, including GKE, Cloud Armor, and networking, is preferred.
- Experience with React and Microfrontend architecture, preferably Module Federation, is preferred.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Datadog is preferred.
- Experience with Cassandra, Kafka, and Solr is preferred.
- Experience with Terraform, Kotlin, and TypeScript is preferred.
- Experience running AI agents, preferably in production, is preferred.
- Very good written and verbal English fluency is required.
- Independent, reliable working style and the ability to form and express opinions in discussions.
