Base Salary
$82k - $109k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collect requirements and provide technical guidance and best practices for products and technologies.
- Scope, design, and build reusable solutions and best practices for customers, sellers, and partners globally.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot technical integrations involving APIs, SDKs, and platform protocols.
- Own Ask Google Help support configuration and agentic workflow integrations for assigned products.
- Develop product-specific, multichannel human and AI support strategies with product operations and support teams.
- Improve the efficiency, scalability, and quality of support systems and operational tooling.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Currently attending a US degree program and available to work full time for 12 weeks outside university term time.
- In the penultimate academic year or returning to a degree program after completing the internship.
- Experience coding in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
- Experience or coursework with web technologies such as RESTful APIs, JSON, SDKs, and Webhooks.
- Experience with technical troubleshooting or developer-facing support.
- Experience implementing data pipelines and dashboards.
- Ability to evaluate new problem spaces, identify stakeholders, and propose technical solutions.
