Base Salary
$112k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy clean, well-tested, efficient code with strong architecture, quality, and performance.
- Support and improve core systems for internal stakeholder teams.
- Use AI coding tools in the development workflow to improve productivity and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers from project conception through technical design, implementation, testing, and performance measurement.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in React and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Java and SQL.
- Experience or interest in using AI coding tools.
- Practical knowledge of distributed systems and microservice architecture design.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Ability to iterate and ship ideas quickly with peers.
- Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
