Responsibilities
- Build and maintain platform capabilities for inbox and web-portal data capture, transaction reconciliation, and journal-entry generation for existing ERPs.
- Design, integrate, and operate LLM-powered and agentic workflows for private-market operations.
- Work with customers and design partners to gather requirements, prioritize features, and communicate trade-offs.
- Contribute to product roadmap decisions and define the company’s technical direction.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and end-to-end shipped product features across the full product lifecycle.
- Help attract exceptional engineering talent.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience with strong computer science and engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- Production experience building, integrating, or operating large language models and agentic or autonomous systems.
- Domain knowledge in private-market fund accounting, reporting, reconciliation, or treasury workflows.
- Experience building or maintaining AI-native operations infrastructure for accounting, reporting, or treasury.
- Ability to work across backend and other product layers through the full product lifecycle.
- A shipped product, research project, side project, or open-source contribution demonstrating independent builder instincts.
- Experience working directly with customers or design partners to shape requirements and roadmap priorities.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany, and eligible to work in Germany.
- Prior high-growth startup, founding engineer, co-founder, or entrepreneur-in-residence experience is preferred.
