Responsibilities
- Own features end to end, from clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and production validation.
- Build and evolve React and TypeScript interfaces and Java and Spring Boot services for Fleet Management domains and third-party integrations.
- Develop and operate cloud-native, distributed, event-driven systems on AWS.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, business experts, and engineering teams to create clear technical solutions.
- Improve AI-supported software development workflows, standards, context files, review gates, and engineering practices.
- Maintain quality through automated testing, observability, code reviews, documentation, and systematic root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- Professional experience with Java, React, and TypeScript across frontend and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot or a comparable Java framework, API design, distributed systems, asynchronous communication, and cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Experience using AI-assisted development in daily work and introducing or improving AI-supported workflows with measurable results.
- Ability to critically validate AI output and identify where it should not be trusted.
- Strong product ownership, communication, collaboration, and engineering-quality practices.
