Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end UI automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript.
- Create Playwright automation scripts for web and mobile browser applications.
- Build scalable and reusable automation solutions using modular test design and Page Object Model practices.
- Integrate Playwright automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain Tricentis Tosca scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Perform Tosca-based API testing, test case design, and execution management.
- Apply test planning, defect management, reporting, risk-based testing, and organizational quality standards.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure timely delivery of test results.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on automation testing experience.
- Strong expertise in Playwright with TypeScript and working experience with Tricentis Tosca, including basic knowledge of Tosca DI.
- Excellent proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, async programming, and modern web testing concepts.
- Experience building, maintaining, and enhancing code-based UI automation frameworks from scratch.
- Deep understanding of UI automation practices including selectors, waits, reporting, debugging, and test stability.
- Experience integrating Playwright tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work across code-based Playwright and low-code Tosca automation approaches.
