Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a small team of engineers with diverse backgrounds.
- Implement new product functionality from start to finish.
- Consult with customer-facing teams and customers to identify product growth areas.
- Utilize AI tools to improve processes and efficiency.
- Write performant Typescript and Python code across the stack.
- Implement logic for Parabola flows and genericize shared logic.
- Optimize services for scalability, stability, and observability.
- Help define processes and practices for long-term growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack experience in a team-based, high-uptime environment.
- Ability to ask for and provide help when needed.
- Dedication to stable, secure, and maintainable engineering practices.
- Strong communication skills for both large and small teams.
- Experience with relational databases, REST APIs, and OOP principles.
- Professional experience with AI/LLMs or AI tools.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, 3 days a week in the office.
