Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement new product functionality from planning through development, testing, progress reporting, and end-customer validation
- Write performant TypeScript and Python across the stack
- Implement and generalize the logic behind Parabola flow steps
- Optimize services for scalability, stability, and observability
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, customer-facing teams, and customers to solve problems and guide product growth
- Help define engineering processes and practices for continued organizational growth
- Use AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to improve development efficiency
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack experience in a team-based, high-uptime, continuously delivered codebase
- Experience with relational databases, REST APIs, and object-oriented programming principles
- Professional experience working with AI or LLMs, either by building an AI-powered tool or using AI tools to augment work
- Strong communication, collaboration, self-direction, and commitment to stable, secure, and maintainable engineering
- Experience in a dynamic, high-growth organization is preferred
- Professional experience with Python, TypeScript, React, Redux, or Node.js is preferred
