$125k - $175k/yr

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for technical questions from external partner stakeholders.
Lead the development of project plans by driving solution designs, timeline forecasting, task breakdown, and testing strategy.
Develop integration support material and documentation for new product rollouts and feature updates.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to build out partnership roadmaps.
Serve as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for internal and external teams facing technical challenges.
Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with external partners to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and drive projects to successful completion.
Provide feedback on integration strategy, potential product enhancements, and operational workflows.

4+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Architecture role.
Ability to read and understand multiple programming languages.
Experience with long-term project planning and execution.
Familiarity with Ecommerce technologies and data models.
Thorough understanding of JSON, HTML, REST API, and Webhook technologies.
Understanding of integrating UX elements with backend services and third-party developer APIs.
Experience with observability tools and applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong project management skills.
