Base Salary
$125k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for technical questions from external partner stakeholders.
- Lead the development of project plans by driving solution designs, timeline forecasting, task breakdown, and testing strategy.
- Develop integration support material and documentation for new product rollouts and feature updates.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to build out partnership roadmaps.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for internal and external teams facing technical challenges.
- Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with external partners to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and drive projects to successful completion.
- Provide feedback on integration strategy, potential product enhancements, and operational workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Architecture role.
- Ability to read and understand multiple programming languages.
- Experience with long-term project planning and execution.
- Familiarity with Ecommerce technologies and data models.
- Thorough understanding of JSON, HTML, REST API, and Webhook technologies.
- Understanding of integrating UX elements with backend services and third-party developer APIs.
- Experience with observability tools and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong project management skills.
