Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical design specifications aligned with product and architecture initiatives.
- Drive architectural governance and platform convergence activities.
- Plan engineering initiatives and feature delivery while balancing customer delivery with organizational health.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead design sessions, conduct code reviews, and assist development teams in delivering product features.
- Mentor development staff and foster learning, communication, and effective technical decision-making.
- Communicate with executive leadership, stakeholders, peers, and development teams.
- Build and lead cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of .NET full-stack development experience is required.
- At least 10 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is stated as an additional qualification.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience designing and implementing or enhancing systems, including architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Significant experience in analytical system engineering design and implementation.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products using microservices architectural patterns and extensible APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Fluency in DevOps concepts and experience with application monitoring and performance assessments.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments.
