Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate foundational platform services for business-domain teams.
- Design and implement next-generation fintech infrastructure and platform systems targeting zero downtime.
- Lead and implement high-availability and disaster-recovery architectures, including clustering and replication.
- Enhance and optimize CI/CD and DevOps tools across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Identify engineering best practices and share them with the team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience based on Unix/Linux.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing back-end architectures.
- Strong coding skills in object-oriented programming and scripting languages.
- Experience with large-scale production systems that include incident management and monitoring capabilities.
- Experience structurally solving problems arising from organizational growth and increasing system complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Strong teamwork skills.
