Responsibilities
- Own and evolve post-trade systems covering confirmations, trade support, treasury, corporate actions, reconciliations, limit monitoring, and fund accounting.
- Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data integrations.
- Build and maintain internal user interfaces focused on performance, data quality, and usability.
- Handle requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, release, and support across the application lifecycle.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support production systems, investigate issues, and implement fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in financial services or data-intensive systems.
- Strong backend capability in C#/.NET, including designing services, APIs, and data integrations.
- Competence with a modern frontend framework and the ability to build usable interfaces for non-technical users.
- Comfort using agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code.
- Interest in financial markets across asset types.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Preferred: deep knowledge of the trade lifecycle, valuation and P&L, fund accounting, or margin calculation.
- Preferred: familiarity with Angular, React, or another structured modern frontend framework.
