Responsibilities
- Deliver AI-driven software solutions across design, solutioning, development, unit testing, and deployment.
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow and similar enterprise platform capabilities, including AI-assisted colleague experience solutions.
- Integrate LLMs, AI agents, and RAG patterns using APIs and event-driven patterns.
- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and deliver fixes, improvements, and enhancements.
- Use AI tools and automation across development, testing, documentation, deployment, and code quality workflows.
- Apply secure, compliant, auditable, and responsible AI practices across development, test, and production environments.
- Contribute to AI governance frameworks, guardrails, lifecycle controls, approvals, and risk management.
- Create reusable assets, reference implementations, and internal standards, and mentor colleagues on AI-assisted engineering and modern development practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience using Java, Python, or similar technologies to deliver production-ready code.
- Strong capability across software design, solutioning, development, and unit testing, including full unit test coverage and impact analysis.
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience or experience with similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities such as LLMs, AI agents, and RAG patterns into platforms.
- Practical experience using AI tools and copilots to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, multi-environment promotion paths, and production operability.
- Familiarity with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration is desirable.
- Understanding of enterprise security, privacy, compliance, responsible AI, data handling, prompt safety, and auditability.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with product owners and platform teams, share innovation ideas, and advocate for AI-driven engineering.
- Exposure to ServiceNow Now Assist, Copilot Studio, KIRO, or equivalent AI-enabled tooling is desirable.
