Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Vertical Solutions products and the core AI agent orchestration engine.
- Write production-quality code using AI coding assistants such as Claude and GitHub Copilot.
- Prototype ideas, validate them with customers, and ship successful concepts into production systems.
- Design evaluations and measure AI system quality using real customer data and empirical metrics.
- Build scalable, reliable distributed systems with state management, idempotency, replayability, and long-running jobs.
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions and contribute to complex technical decisions with stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and effective usage of AI-powered productivity tools within the engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience focused on distributed systems and backend architecture.
- Strong full-stack experience across frontend systems such as React and backend systems using Python, C#, or similar languages.
- Experience building production AI systems involving LLMs, tool calling, multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, structured outputs, and model-behavior evaluation.
- Experience with distributed systems, object-oriented programming, architectural patterns, system design, data structures and algorithms, multithreading, asynchronous programming, and synchronization.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, C#, Java, or other system-level languages, plus REST or GraphQL APIs and modern frontend frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and with Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience using AI coding tools or coding agents such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code, DevOps, CI/CD, and agile development practices.
- Preferred experience includes applied machine learning, data science and evaluation, Snowflake, RAG and retrieval-heavy systems, trustworthy AI, workflow orchestration, Temporal, Airflow, Maestro, BPMN, and Step Functions.
- Excellent communication, analytical reasoning, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
