Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision across multiple teams.
- Contribute to annual and quarterly planning with product and engineering managers.
- Actively participate in coding and mentoring engineers.
- Translate higher-level business goals into actionable engineering approaches.
- Support engineers through mentorship and design reviews.
- Coordinate across squads to drive alignment and resolve dependencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product engineering with an end-to-end mindset.
- Experience leading multi-team technical initiatives.
- Strong architectural judgment for designing scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with service monitoring and operations.
- Familiarity with complex domains, ideally in travel or fintech.
- Comfortable with backend-heavy systems and full-stack development.
- Experience in defining observability and reliability practices.
- Track record of mentoring engineers and influencing team practices.
- Interest in AI-driven development workflows.
