Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, design, and deliver products and services.
- Design and build technologies in large distributed computing environments.
- Create solutions that run predictions on distributed systems at large scale.
- Build scalable, fault-tolerant, low-cost distributed storage, index, and query systems.
- Analyze requirements and design and code solutions for broadly defined problems.
- Deliver high-quality software in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to architecture roadmaps, planning, and cross-team initiatives while working with business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- Have 2+ years of non-internship experience with design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Have 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- Have 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- Have 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Have experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
