Responsibilities
- Drive requirements-gathering and design sessions with multiple customer stakeholders.
- Conduct as-is and to-be business process design sessions.
- Own business process design and solution definition for assigned projects.
- Conduct demos for client stakeholders.
- Document customers’ current processes, to-be solutions, and future processes.
- Identify solution gaps and develop appropriate gap-closure options.
- Present current and future processes, solution options, recommendations, risks, and implications.
- Engage executives and customer stakeholders to secure agreement and buy-in.
- Maintain relationships with product teams, engineering teams, and client subject-matter experts.
- Use established frameworks for requirements gathering, design documentation, and sign-off.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering.
- Required skills include solution architecture, business process management, client relations, design thinking, risk management, storytelling, executive presence, people leadership, collaboration tools, Agile methodology, and personal effectiveness.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level is required.
- Listed certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Certified Data Management Professional, CISSP, and TOGAF 9 Certification.
