Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Configure and extend Salesforce CPQ, Flow, and Service Cloud for GTM business processes.
  • Write efficient Apex code and SOQL queries while following governor limits and platform best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs accounting for Salesforce architecture and data models.
  • Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and data integrity issues across Salesforce.
  • Maintain technical documentation, change management, code reviews, version control, and release processes.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD deployment processes and Salesforce External Client Apps, including JWT Bearer Flow API access patterns.
  • Communicate technical progress, blockers, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders across time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and governor limits.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Flow, and Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working across distributed, cross-cultural teams.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification is preferred.
  • Experience with distributed global teams and US-based stakeholders is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Git, Copado, or Gearset is preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time onsite position based in Kochi, India.
  • Expected work hours generally overlap with US Pacific Time, approximately 6:00/7:00 PM–1:00/2:00 AM IST, with seasonal daylight-saving shifts.
  • Expected travel is less than 5% and may occasionally be required for team meetings.
