Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, provision, operate, and optimize secure, scalable, resilient AWS cloud environments.
- Manage AWS services and infrastructure components including S3, IAM, Route 53, CloudFront, EC2, VPCs, security groups, WAF, ACM, load balancers, networking, certificates, and DNS.
- Lead the implementation and operationalization of Terraform across AWS and related infrastructure.
- Support Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service environments, Cloud Manager pipelines, content deployments, package movement, and environment synchronization.
- Administer and improve Jenkins jobs, automation workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Develop engineering standards, templates, frameworks, documentation, recovery practices, access controls, and infrastructure governance.
- Provide production and non-production support, troubleshoot outages and failed jobs, resolve deployment and access issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Improve monitoring, alerting, runbooks, dashboards, and operational reporting while supporting incident response and vendor escalations.
- Collaborate with software engineering and data teams on solution design, planning, implementation, technical roadblocks, and infrastructure automation opportunities.
- Perform code reviews, participate in support rotations, contribute to technology vendor evaluations, and help develop engineering talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in engineering environments developing detailed software engineering plans from abstract concepts.
- At least 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or related technology roles.
- Strong AWS administration, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code experience.
- Experience with Jenkins or comparable CI/CD automation platforms.
- Working knowledge of cloud networking, DNS, certificates, IAM, WAF, security groups, and access management.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, version control, revision control, systems design, security, and stability practices.
- Expertise debugging code or complex log files and querying databases for complex data lookup and update tasks.
- Preferred scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar tools.
- Preferred Adobe Experience Manager, SQL Server, Windows Server, database infrastructure, SFTP administration, vendor file integration, Snowflake, API integration, or data platform experience.
- Preferred experience with financial services, investment data, regulatory content, fund or ETF data, or marketing technology platforms.
- AWS certification, HashiCorp Terraform certification, or comparable cloud/platform credentials are preferred.
- Preferred monitoring experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic, CloudWatch, or similar platforms.
