Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate highly scalable systems for Alexa Shopping across Alexa-powered devices.
- Design, evaluate, and operate LLM-based routing systems end to end.
- Develop horizontal routing technology that directs requests to specialized shopping verticals.
- Collaborate with multiple Alexa partner teams to deliver customer-facing shopping improvements.
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities including coding, design, testing, and operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
