Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of scalable, high-performance architectures for the flagship platform.
- Own the delivery of key product features and foundational services.
- Act as a technical leader and mentor, promoting best practices in engineering.
- Champion product and system quality through monitoring and performance analysis.
- Drive technical alignment and collaboration across multiple teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building and scaling complex systems.
- Proven technical leadership on large-scale consumer-facing products.
- Ability to guide the growth of engineers and foster a collaborative culture.
- Expert-level proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
- Deep experience in system and API architecture for microservices.
- Demonstrated ownership of production-quality code with robust testing.
- Effective collaboration with global, cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track record of evaluating and adopting emerging technologies.
- Domain knowledge in the travel industry is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
