Responsibilities
- Optimize complex legacy SQL stored procedures, execution plans, indexes, and resource usage.
- Diagnose and debug deep-seated database logic flaws.
- Lead the core administration, security, and maintenance of SQL Server 2019 environments.
- Build and manage robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with development teams to review database code and enforce architecture best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Microsoft SQL Server DBA or Database Specialist.
- Proven expertise in dissecting, troubleshooting, and rewriting highly complex SQL stored procedures.
- Deep technical command of SQL Server Enterprise Edition (2019 V.15.0.440.1).
- Fluent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Strong autonomy, proactive problem-solving skills, and resilience under pressure.
