Responsibilities

Design and execute API integration plans with institutional partners.
Troubleshoot technical issues for trading clients and resolve them quickly.
Build relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations.
Coordinate product enhancement requests between partners and engineering teams.
Develop a scalable playbook for onboarding new embedded partners.
Track partnership performance and identify growth opportunities.
Scale the solutions function by hiring and managing a team as the pipeline expands.

5+ years in technical partnerships.
Strong technical background with financial APIs and trading infrastructure.
Proven track record managing B2B relationships that drive measurable growth.
Hands-on experience with API integrations, debugging, and technical troubleshooting.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
Experience building and scaling teams is a plus.
Background in crypto or prediction markets is a plus.
Existing relationships with FCMs or market makers is a plus.
Previous solutions engineering or technical partnerships experience is a plus.
