Base Salary
$136k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations for GTM teams.
- Partner with Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps to identify workflow bottlenecks.
- Work within the GTM tech stack to improve tooling and integrations.
- Analyze GTM data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing tools and workflows.
- Independently manage moderately scoped projects from problem framing to launch.
- Maintain relationships with multiple GTM stakeholders.
- Contribute to team quality by writing clean, reviewed code.
- Mentor junior ICs and interns in systems and tooling work.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, or related roles.
- Familiarity with GTM tooling such as Salesforce or equivalent.
- Experience leading tools from evaluation to implementation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs.
- Ability to analyze data and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Curiosity about embedding AI capabilities into workflows.
- Strong ownership mentality for driving solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
