Responsibilities
- Architect and build AI-enabled cloud infrastructure using AWS as the primary provider and Azure as the secondary provider.
- Design infrastructure for agentic AI platforms, including account structures and environment designs.
- Implement SDN micro-segmentation and controls to contain or isolate rogue agent behavior.
- Develop centralized policy and control planes governing agent access and actions.
- Drive infrastructure development through OpenTofu, Terramate, Ansible, and GitHub Actions.
- Lead systems architecture, solution design, requirements definition, release planning, audits, and risk assessment for complex initiatives.
- Guide cross-functional teams and align technology architecture with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a platform engineer building Amazon Web Services infrastructure from the ground up.
- Experience with OpenTofu and prior hands-on experience building infrastructure for agentic AI platforms.
- Ability to lead systems architecture and apply appropriate architecture tools, methods, standards, and strategies.
- Knowledge of systems design methods, architecture components, and design trade-offs.
- Understanding of SOLID, GRASP, TDD, and DDD principles.
- Ability to design solutions focused on operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainability.
- Experience with requirements prioritization, client analysis, release packages, audits, quality control, and risk assessment.
- Strong business acumen, leadership, collaboration, and risk-management skills.
- Desirable experience with SEI, TOGAF, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google GCP, SAFe, or Agile.
