Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements, software needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes to create feasible designs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and optimize full-stack Java Enterprise software applications and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate defects and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes and performance improvements.
- Support software installation, system modifications, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and customers.
- Track client requirements, clarifications, feedback, customer requests, and delivery progress.
- Maintain software quality, respond to troubleshooting queries, and support customer experience and CSAT objectives.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to maintain current programming and engineering skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory Fullstack Java Enterprise skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements and design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain software.
- Ability to automate validation processes and troubleshoot software and system issues.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.
