Responsibilities
- Deliver Kronos functional application support for US hourly and salaried locations.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, including break-fix resolution.
- Coordinate Level 4 support activities.
- Perform application maintenance and minor enhancements.
- Support Kronos Workforce time-and-attendance systems and Workforce Central implementations.
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional experience, including 9–10 years in Kronos functional support.
- Experience with Kronos Workforce and Workforce Central for US locations.
- Experience with SQL databases and SSIS packages.
- Good communication skills.
