Base Salary
$126k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and launch iOS products and services that solve real-world customer problems.
- Independently implement mobile components and features with some guidance while evaluating technical tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with engineers, Product, and Design partners on design, scoping, prioritization, and project delivery.
- Perform code reviews, participate in team design reviews, and write high-quality tests.
- Develop maintainable, stable, testable, and operationally rigorous software.
- Advance the platform through engineering-led initiatives that improve development speed and efficiency.
- Develop expertise in components within the team’s domain and create documentation such as diagrams, service descriptions, decisions, and runbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of professional iOS development experience using Swift and shipping applications to the App Store.
- Familiarity with modern Swift development practices such as SwiftUI and Swift Concurrency; reactive programming experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals, iOS design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience integrating with RESTful backend services.
- Ability to collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders and implement polished, user-friendly solutions.
- Experience with Scrum or Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
