Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, integration, testing, deployment, documentation, and operationalization of Power Platform solutions.
- Develop canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate solutions, Power BI reports, Dataverse data models, custom connectors, and enterprise integrations.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs, features, backlog items, acceptance criteria, estimates, and risk assessments.
- Lead multidisciplinary developers and quality engineers through work assignment, backlog refinement, code reviews, design reviews, testing, release planning, and dependency management.
- Mentor Power Platform developers and quality engineers and provide hands-on technical problem solving and best-practice guidance.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, solution reviews, demonstrations, onsite workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
- Design integrations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, and enterprise APIs.
- Define deployment, monitoring, support, escalation, handoff, governance, security, access, lifecycle, and production-readiness requirements.
- Create runbooks, solution documentation, dashboards, automation boards, reusable delivery assets, proofs of concept, sales content, and technical standards.
- Contribute to internal automation, knowledge sharing, onboarding, community participation, and technical enablement.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience designing and developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, custom connectors, and Test Studio.
- Experience with SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Purview, Azure Data Explorer, Azure Key Vault, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, enterprise APIs, Kusto, DAX, and OData.
- Experience with application architecture, adaptive rendering, authentication, role-based access, monitoring, environment management, production support, logging, dataset lineage, visualization, and operational dashboards.
- Proven experience leading developers and quality engineers through complex application and automation delivery.
- Experience with backlog refinement, estimation, sprint execution, code reviews, test coordination, release planning, and dependency management.
- Ability to independently own a workstream, identify issues early, propose practical solutions, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Experience creating solution design documentation, deployment strategies, technical standards, presentations, and client demonstrations.
- Experience facilitating client workshops, discovering requirements, managing stakeholders, and presenting technical recommendations and business outcomes.
- Ability to lead distributed teams, mentor practitioners, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and build trusted client relationships.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, including PL-100 or successor Power Platform credentials and role-aligned Azure, data, security, or architecture certifications, are relevant to the role.
