Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage application releases while preserving compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Lead efforts to improve application deployment processes and system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Act as a subject matter expert and help manage the team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- Proficiency in DevOps, including continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
