Responsibilities
- Design, configure, validate, and manage Azure compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, security, and Landing Zone environments.
- Lead end-to-end cloud migration activities, including discovery, dependency assessment, planning, replication, cutover, and post-migration validation.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, Kubernetes manifests, and Helm charts.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments using Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
- Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code modules and standardized environments using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
- Automate operational tasks and CI/CD workflows with PowerShell, Shell/Bash, and Azure Policy.
- Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, repository governance, and migration playbooks.
- Integrate AKS with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Key Vault, Azure Container Registry, and other Azure services.
- Support secure, compliant, and governed cloud workloads through policies, RBAC, tagging, cost management, and security controls.
- Contribute to AI agent lifecycle management, AI gateway integration, human-AI interaction workflows, and agentic-AI automation.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure modernization, Azure migration, or DevOps projects.
- Degree or qualification in BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT), MCA, MBA (IT), or MSc (IT).
- Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, including compute, networking, storage, identity, monitoring, and security.
- Experience leading enterprise migrations using approaches such as re-host, re-platform, and re-architect, with tools including Azure Migrate, ASR, and Database Migration Service.
- Strong experience building and validating Azure Landing Zones and implementing Azure DevOps migration playbooks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Terraform skills, including reusable modules, state management, versioning, lifecycle upgrades, and infrastructure patterns.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Shell scripting, Git repository management, branching strategies, pull requests, and repository metadata.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, preferably AKS, Kubernetes YAML, Helm, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, governance, policies, RBAC, tagging standards, cost management, and Azure Security Center.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ-104 and HashiCorp Terraform Associate certifications; Kubernetes certifications are nice to have.
