Responsibilities
- Define and drive Webflow’s end-to-end deployment strategy.
- Own and evolve the GitOps-based deployment platform.
- Design and implement safe, progressive delivery mechanisms.
- Set technical direction across teams to improve developer velocity.
- Establish best practices for CI/CD and release engineering.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to enhance developer productivity.
- Build and evolve internal tooling for testing and deployment workflows.
- Ensure high reliability through observability and incident-driven improvements.
- Mentor engineers and influence teams through technical leadership.
Requirements
- BS / BA degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Business-level fluency in English.
- Deep expertise in modern deployment systems, including Kubernetes and GitOps workflows.
- Experience designing and scaling CI/CD systems for large organizations.
- Strong track record of improving developer velocity and system scalability.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization (Docker), and distributed systems.
- Experience with progressive delivery techniques.
- Skilled in infrastructure as code and system automation.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
