Base Salary
$100k - $114k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Redux, and related technologies.
- Build and integrate APIs and microservices supporting business-critical functions.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, application performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and global onsite and offshore teams.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and lead technical discussions.
- Support Agile project delivery, production environments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development with strong Java, Spring Boot, and React.js expertise.
- Requires experience developing enterprise-scale applications with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Requires hands-on experience designing and developing APIs and microservices architectures.
- Requires experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Requires experience with Git, container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Requires experience implementing AI chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, and Large Language Model integrations.
- Requires knowledge of software development best practices, testing frameworks, code quality standards, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Requires experience in Agile/Scrum environments, independent requirements analysis, and solution delivery.
- Requires strong communication and collaboration skills with distributed teams.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions is required.
- Preferred qualifications include experience building generative-AI-enabled enterprise applications, cloud-native architectures, scalable distributed systems, application modernization, production support, security best practices, enterprise governance, and business stakeholder engagement on technical roadmaps.
