Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build and integrate APIs and microservices for scalable, business-critical applications.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, unit testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and onsite/offshore delivery teams.
- Provide technical guidance, resolve development challenges, and support delivery in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- At least eight years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and enterprise application development.
- Strong experience with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 user interfaces.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs and microservices.
- Experience with unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, code-quality practices, Git, and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, work independently, and collaborate with onsite and offshore teams in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Preferred experience with AI chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, generative AI technologies, Large Language Model integrations, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, containerized deployments, mentoring, and technical discussions.
