Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build, enhance, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for business-critical functions.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, application performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Implement AI chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, and Large Language Model integrations.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, onsite and offshore teams, and global delivery teams.
- Mentor developers and lead technical discussions while supporting Agile project delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development with strong Java, Spring Boot, and React.js expertise.
- Experience developing enterprise-scale applications with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing AI chatbots, RAG solutions, and integrating LLMs.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, testing frameworks, code quality standards, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and independently analyzing requirements and delivering solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience with distributed teams.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions.
- Preferred qualifications include generative AI-enabled enterprise applications, cloud-native architectures, scalable distributed systems, application modernization, production support, security best practices, enterprise application governance, and business-stakeholder-driven technical roadmaps.
