Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build, enhance, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for business-critical functions.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and application performance tuning.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and distributed onsite and offshore teams.
- Mentor developers, lead technical discussions, and support Agile project delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development with strong Java, Spring Boot, and React.js expertise.
- Experience developing enterprise-scale applications with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Experience implementing AI chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, and Large Language Model integrations.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, testing frameworks, code quality, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and independently analyzing requirements and delivering solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with distributed teams.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Generative AI-enabled enterprise applications, cloud-native architectures, scalable distributed systems, application modernization, production support, security best practices, enterprise application governance, and technical roadmap development.
