Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for business-critical applications.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, and application performance optimization.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and distributed delivery teams.
- Implement AI chatbot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or Generative AI solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing enterprise applications with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong hands-on experience building full-stack solutions with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and code quality skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience implementing AI chatbot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or Generative AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with distributed teams.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.
- Preferred experience integrating Large Language Models into enterprise applications.
- Preferred experience mentoring and leading technical discussions.
- Understanding of application security, scalability, and performance best practices.
