Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and related technologies.
- Build, enhance, and integrate APIs and microservices for business-critical applications.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, and application performance optimization.
- Provide technical guidance to offshore development teams and resolve technical challenges.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow software development, code quality, security, testing, and lifecycle best practices.
- Contribute to AI chatbot and Retrieval-Augmented Generation initiatives when applicable.
- Mentor developers and lead technical discussions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of full-stack application development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs and microservices.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, unit testing frameworks, and code quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with onsite and offshore teams.
- Experience implementing AI chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, with exposure to Generative AI and LLM integrations.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions.
