Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new ad features and formats from concept to execution.
- Implement and test new ad experiences on Hopper’s website.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs for ad content and user interactions.
- Develop the client-side Javascript SDK for partner integrations.
- Set standards for high-quality code, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with complex web applications.
- Expertise in a modern backend language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go) and a front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, Svelte).
- Deep proficiency in Javascript/TypeScript and understanding of the web ecosystem.
- Strong experience in designing and building robust APIs.
- A product-centric mindset focused on creating delightful user experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
