Responsibilities
- Deliver Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure for API Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
- Build and maintain production-ready, Kubernetes-based customer-facing environments.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure features with the Platform team.
- Investigate support tickets and collaborate with Support to resolve complex customer issues.
- Create knowledge articles and contribute to internal technical knowledge sharing.
- Improve infrastructure processes and tools, including AI-driven operational automation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
- Fluency creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation.
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, and certificate management using ZeroSSL or Let's Encrypt.
- Experience with Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, and Helm Charts.
- Experience with at least one of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with observability tooling such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- Preferred: experience with API Management or IAM platforms, AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workload orchestration, AI Gateway or LLM-serving infrastructure, networking, service mesh, and traffic management.
