Responsibilities
- Deliver Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure for AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
- Build and maintain production-ready, Kubernetes-based customer-facing environments.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure features with platform team members.
- Support customers by investigating support tickets and resolving complex technical issues.
- Create knowledge articles and deliver internal technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Improve team processes and tools, including AI-driven operational automation.
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate troubleshooting, coding, documentation, and operations while validating outcomes with engineering judgment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
- Fluency creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation.
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, certificate management, continuous delivery tools, and observability tooling.
- Experience with at least one of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Preferred experience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms.
- Preferred familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workload orchestration, AI Gateway or LLM-serving infrastructure, networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns.
- Curiosity, continuous-learning orientation, patience, resilience, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
