Base Salary
$150k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and evaluate state-of-the-art language models.
- Optimize prompts to maximize classification accuracy and personalize outputs.
- Develop multi-agent workflows using data from diverse sources.
- Improve AI agents through observability and experimentation tools.
- Stay updated with the latest literature and technologies.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to develop impactful applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Python.
- 1+ year of experience with LLM frameworks like Langchain or LlamaIndex.
- 1+ year of experience with agentic or RAG applications.
- Strong exploratory data analysis skills.
- Experience with novel tasks in LLM abilities.
- Excellent software engineering skills with modular codebases.
- Self-starter with project ownership capabilities.
- Motivated to make a positive societal impact.
- Ability to lead as the team grows.
- Visa for work in Canada or the US.
