Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AIOps architecture for telecom RAN, Core, and transport networks.
- Define observability strategies across logs, metrics, traces, and events using AIOps, GenAI, and agentic tooling.
- Build and configure correlation engines, ML models, and automation workflows for fault detection, RCA, and predictive maintenance.
- Design closed-loop, self-healing remediation workflows aligned with TM Forum autonomous network maturity levels.
- Design alarm and event management processes including collection, deduplication, enrichment, correlation, and suppression across multi-vendor networks.
- Own ITSM integration and automated ticket creation, enrichment, assignment, routing, and CMDB linkage.
- Integrate AIOps platforms with telecom EMS/NMS, OSS, inventory, and ITSM systems through REST/API and streaming interfaces.
- Support production environments through correlation tuning, ML retraining, and continuous RCA accuracy improvement with NOC and L1-L3 teams.
- Define and report AIOps KPIs and contribute to presales and proof-of-concept delivery.
Requirements
- 10 to 20 years of experience in AIOps, network operations, telecom operations, or related architecture work.
- Experience designing AIOps architectures involving observability, event correlation, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and automated remediation.
- Experience with telecom RAN, Core, transport, EMS/NMS, OSS, inventory, and multi-vendor network environments.
- Experience integrating AIOps and correlation platforms with ServiceNow, Remedy, BMC suites, CMDBs, and other ITSM systems.
- Experience with ML models, RCA, predictive maintenance, self-healing workflows, automation, and agentic tooling.
- Experience with relevant AIOps, observability, ITSM, event-management, and automation technologies listed in the posting.
- Experience supporting production operations and contributing to presales or PoC delivery is required or relevant to the role.
