$255k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design primitives and protocols for an open agent ecosystem across internet sites and services.
- Build user experiences to observe and control agents across web, desktop, and mobile.
- Evolve token consumption approaches for subscription and API customers.
- Execute fast-paced projects with research, design, data science, and product engineering teams.
- Work with strategic customers and partners to grow the ecosystem.
- Drive technical decisions and help steer product and partnership direction.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering skills and experience shipping customer-facing products from concept to production.
- Comfort working across frontend, backend, APIs, data models, and product design.
- Ability to translate user and customer feedback into product improvements.
- Familiarity with enterprise software concepts including identity, permissions, governance, compliance, and billing.
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, rapidly changing, zero-to-one environments.
