Base Salary

$140k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and build shared CI/CD capabilities and delivery workflows using GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and related services.
  • Develop canary, blue/green, and progressive rollout strategies to make releases safer and lower risk.
  • Integrate GitHub workflows, branch protections, checks, and Marketplace-style actions into the delivery platform.
  • Support safe and observable GenAI-assisted workflows, including migration agents, test generation, and pipeline maintenance agents.
  • Instrument delivery workflows with metrics, logs, and alerts and integrate them with Datadog, DX, and other observability tools.
  • Partner with Developer AI, SRE, Product Infrastructure Engineering, Product, platform, and product engineering teams to improve delivery reliability and adoption.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and operating CI/CD and software delivery systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one general-purpose language, including Go, Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java, with strong code review, debugging, reliability, and performance skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience with containers, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, GitOps-based deployment workflows, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI-assisted developer tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, platform, and product engineering teams to design workflows, communicate trade-offs, and drive adoption.
  • Preferred experience with artifact and package management systems such as Artifactory.
  • Preferred familiarity with delivery observability practices, CI/CD metrics, deployment events, platform teams, SRE, or infrastructure teams operating mission-critical developer platforms.
