Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, optimize, and refactor scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Configure product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, approval processes, and amendment handling.
- Gather business requirements, define solutions, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP, CLM, billing, and other external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Support end-user training, documentation, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.
- Maintain development best practices using version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
- At least 1 year of solid Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and standard and custom objects.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Deep knowledge of CPQ product catalogs, block/tiered/percent pricing, discounting rules, quote templates, approvals, and amendment handling.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Workato.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and practices, including Jira and Confluence.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
- Preferred qualifications include large-scale Salesforce CPQ rollout experience, exposure to billing, renewals, and revenue recognition, enterprise SaaS or B2B experience, Git-based version control, DevOps tooling, Salesforce Developer II certification, and CPQ Specialist certification.
