Responsibilities

  • Participate in the specification, design, and implementation of software features for radio products and power amplifiers.
  • Perform hands-on testing of radio frequency communication products.
  • Support applications and products both in-house and with clients.
  • Contribute across the software life cycle, including requirements, design, implementation, validation, and support.

Requirements

  • Must be a Canadian citizen.
  • Must hold or be eligible for a Government of Canada Secret Level Security Clearance and Controlled Goods Access.
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics and a minimum of two years of prior relevant experience, unless prohibited by local laws or regulations.
  • Preferred experience includes C/C++, real-time embedded computer architectures, signals, RF and systems, DSP, waveform implementation, RF testing equipment, object-oriented programming, and the software life cycle.
