Base Salary
$155k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance scalable full-stack applications for Cisco’s CX Platform.
- Design reliable, high-performing systems and integrate AI/ML-driven capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to architecture, development, testing, and software delivery practices.
- Develop RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and real-time data pipelines that improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, Master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience, or PhD with 0+ years of related experience.
- Experience with one or more of Golang, Python, Pytest, SQL, PostgreSQL, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, containerization, virtualization, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience integrating AI features, event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka, and real-time data pipelines.
- Experience with RESTful API design, API security, or hierarchical and relational data modeling.
- Preferred experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, system design, application performance optimization, testing, debugging, technical documentation, HashiCorp Vault, MinIO, or Amazon S3.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing delivery skills.
